Meet the Founders
Binita Shah
Binita is a Yoga teacher and therapist with over 15 years of experience. She brings her expertise on stress management, breathing techniques and movement to Thrive. She is also a student of Yogic Studies which is an in-depth course on Yoga philosophy.
Chandni Bhansali
Chandni is a certified Health and wellness Coach, specializing in gut and hormone health. She works with clients whilst using a multi faceted approach, incorporating various strategies from functional and longevity medicine to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to reach specific goals. This became her true passion: helping families cut out unnecessary noise in the ever changing wellness space and adopting more sustainable lifestyle practices and seeing the ripple effect spread.
