Life became hectic as her corporate job demanded more of her. It was a role she enjoyed but she was aware that it was having an impact on her health. She was noticing shifts—low energy, weight changes, and emotional fluctuations —that didn’t quite make sense. She was doing everything she thought was “right,” but something still felt off.
So, she took a step back and re-evaluated how she was living. She slowed down intentionally, started tuning into her body’s cues, and began nourishing herself more fully—with movement, rest, boundaries, and joy.
That’s when Yoga and Ayurveda became central—not just as tools, but as a way of life. They reminded her that true wellness isn’t about fixing, but about reconnecting with balance and wholeness.
Small, consistent shifts made a big difference. She felt more grounded, energised, and at ease in her body and mind.
This journey became one of growth, not just healing—and now, she shares that experience to support others on their own path to lasting wellness.

Growing up in the U.S., Chandni was immersed in a system that prized science-backed solutions—but often relied on quick fixes and symptom-masking over true healing. It became clear: she was deeply traditional at heart, seeking balance before intervention, nourishment before pharmaceuticals, and wisdom over trend.

That’s when everything shifted. She stopped seeing modern and traditional approaches as opposing forces—and began integrating them. This became her guiding light: practical and sustainable for today, yet rooted in timeless, ancestral wisdom. Because sometimes the answers we need aren’t new—they’re simply remembered.
